USDA-funded exchange programs empower Georgian students with full scholarships at prestigious U.S. universities, cultivating leaders for the nation's economy and democratic civil society

GCAD served as a local partner, providing continuous support for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)-funded exchange program.

The program granted full scholarships, including accommodation expenses, to Georgian university students pursuing the Undergraduate Agribusiness Program (UAB) and the Master of Agribusiness Program (MAB) at the Texas A&M University Department of Agriculture's Agribusiness Teaching Center (ATC), established in collaboration with the National Agrarian University of Armenia. With over 60 successful Georgian graduates, the program, funded by the USDA, has empowered key leaders in the country's economy and the transition to a democratic civil society.
