AGRICISTRADE Project Launches to Uncover Agricultural and Biomass Trade Potential in CIS Countries

Jan 17, 2014

Exploring Untapped Opportunities to Reshape Global Trade Dynamics and Foster Economic Transformation

This EU-funded initiative delved into uncharted territory, uncovering hidden agricultural and biomass trade prospects within eight CIS countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, and Ukraine.

The mission is clear: to unveil latent agricultural production capacities while evaluating their potential impact on the global market. As AGRICISTRADE illuminated the landscape, it provided critical insights into how untapped opportunities within these countries could reshape international trade dynamics. This project held the potential to redefine regional economies while driving the transformative power of trade.

GCAD will be a partner of this initiative and will carry out the corresponding activities in Georgia.
